Vanessa Hannah

I completed my bachelor of nursing degree in 2004. I have a passion for community based healthcare; working in urgent care, school nursing and practice nursing. I completed my post-graduate diploma in 2022, as a designated nurse prescriber. I have recently completed my clinical masters of nursing and am officially a Nurse Practitioner.

Primary care is a challenging and rewarding area of health which I feel incredibly privileged to be a part of. Out of work I love to spend my time with my kids, family and friends. 

Netball keeps me busy over winter and in summer I enjoy exploring the outdoors - tramping, camping or on the water.
