Zero Tolerance Policy
This policy refers to strict guidelines that prohibit any form of abusive, aggressive, or violent behavior towards our staff and patients. This includes verbal abuse, threats, physical violence, discrimination, or harassment.

Main North Road Medical Centre wants to ensure a safe and respectful environment for both patients and staff. Consequences for violating the policy can include warnings, removal from our enrolment list, refusal of treatment (except in emergencies) or removal from the premises by police.

The Practice will also not tolerate any abuse online. If this is brought to our attention you may be removed from our enrolment list.

Prohibited Behavior – Clearly defines unacceptable actions, such as:

Patient & Visitor Awareness – The policy is communicated through:
